In real life, relationships are not usually resolved in two hours like they are on the reel life or on the silver screen, and stories don’t always have happy endings. Anyone who has gone through a breakup knows that a broken heart can be difficult to mend or handle.

One of the best things I learned and learning in my life to always focus on myself first, even in a relationship. This came after having to start over many times after a relationship ended. I hope this not only helps but also inspires you to remember that with or without someone, the most important relationship we have in this life with ourselves.

Basically, in this situation, we all have two options either run from the pain or deal with it.
